Yoga is regarded as a divine science of life, revealed to enlightened sages in Meditation. Stone seals in the Indus Valley which date back to around 3000BC show Yogic postures and this is the earliest archaeological evidence of Yoga 's origin. Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
On arrival to Delhi, transfer into a hotel for overnight stay. 

Day 02 : Delhi
After breakfast, take a sightseeing seeing tour of the capital city of India, visiting Qutub Minar, India Gate, Humayun Tomb and drive past the Rashtrapati Bhavan. In evening enjoy a sound and light show at the Red Fort. 

Day 03 : Delhi - Haridwar – Rishikesh by train.
Take an early morning train to Haridwar from Delhi. On arrival at Haridwar, transfer to a Rishikesh by road(25kms,45mins).On arrival check in at hotel. After relaxing for some time and having lunch take a afternoon sightseeing tour of this holy city of Rishikesh, visiting Ashrams and Yoga and meditation centers. You can also opt of staying at the Ashrams in and enroll their in the meditation centre. 

Day 04 to 07: Rishikesh
Taking early morning meditation and yoga classes at the Ashram. Later on have breakfast and spend the morning at leisure. After lunch, spend time listening to lecture regarding the meditation. After tea-time, Yoga and meditation class. Dinner and overnight stay at the Ashram. 

Day 08 : Rishikesh –Haridwar- Delhi by train.
Indulge in a early morning yoga class. Visit temples and Ashrams of Rishikesh in the day. In the evening catch the connecting train to Delhi from Haridwar. On arrival to Delhi check into a hotel for an overnight stay. 

Day 09 : Delhi – Agra by surface.(240kms,4-5hrs).
Take a morning drive to Agra, en route visit to Sikandra. On arrival at Agra, transfer into a hotel. After lunch take a city sightseeing tour visiting Agra Fort, Taj Mahal. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10 : Agra – Jaipur by surface.(235kms,5-6hrs
Drive towards Jaipur, early in the morning from Agra, en route visiting Fatehpur Sikri. On arrival at Jaipur, check into a hotel. After lunch go for sightseeing tour of the Pick City, Overnight stay at hotel. 

Day 11: Jaipur
In the morning visit the Amber Fort and enjoy the Elephant ride round the Fort site. After lunch take a after noon city tour, visiting Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, City Palace and Bazaars for shopping. Overnight stay at the hotel. 

Day 12: Jaipur – Delhi by surface.(260kms,4-5hrs).
Spend the morning at leisure. After lunch, later in the afternoon drive back towards Delhi. Transfer into a hotel to get fresh and rest for some time. After dinner, transfer to the international airport to catch the flight for your onward destination

Day 1): Arrival in Delhi.
Arrive in Delhi international airport. Our representative will meet you at airport and transfer to Hotel, where you will stay overnight.

Day 2): Delhi - Rishikesh (250 km.)
Travel by car from Delhi to Rishikesh (250 km). Reach Rishikesh by afternoon and overnight stay at Yoga Ashram. Evening sight seeing trip followed by Arati (prayer) at Triveni Ghat on the banks of River Ganges.

Rishikesh: (1360 m/4460 ft) above sea-level, known as the Yoga capital of India, is a peaceful, serene place inhabited by sadhus and mendicants, and visited by tourists and pilgrims alike. The Triveni Ghat at Rishikesh is considered a most sacred spot as it is the point of confluence of the three holy rivers -Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati. The aarti on dusk at the Triveni ghat is most impressive and is a real sight to behold. Devotees release flower-filled leaf boats carrying tiny oil lamps and let them float out on the river, which is a ceremony of worship, remembrance and hope.

Day 03): Rishikesh - Joshimath (250 km.)
Early morning, introduction to Yoga. After breakfast, leave by car to Joshimath. Reach Joshimath by evening. Overnight stay at Himalayan Yoga Ashram, Joshimath, Uttarakhand.

Day 04): Joshimath (6,200 ft)
Morning: Yoga Class at Himalyan Yoga Ashram. After breakfast, Village walk.
Early evening: Acclimatization walk in the surrounding hills accompanied by a trip to Vishnu Prayag, where river Alaknanda (the main tributary of river Ganga) merges with River Dhauliganga. Overnight stay at Himalayan Yoga Ashram, Joshimath.

Day 05): Joshimath - Auli (10,000 ft)
Morning leave Joshimath for Auli (15 km). Morning Yoga class at Auli. After breakfast, hike around the beautiful mountains of Auli. Lunch & short rest. Evening - Meditation & Satsangha (interactive talk/discussion) on Yoga & Spirituality. Overnight stay at Auli camp. Auli, is a Ski-resort, comparable to the best in the world. The added attraction here is 180 degree views of Himalayan peaks which include Nanda Devi, Kamet, Manaparvat,Trishul and Dunagiri. A 500 mtrs. long ski-lift and an 800 mtrs. long chair-lift link the upper and lower slopes. It recently hosted the 1st South Asian Winter Games in Jan 2011.

Day 06): Auli - Joshimath
Morning Yoga at Auli Camp. After breakfast, travel to Joshimath (15 km).
Mid morning to Lunch time : Introduction to Traditional Himalayan Farming for 2-3 hours.
Evening visit to a Traditional Himalayan family followed by Cultural program of folk music & dance.

Day 07): Joshimath - Badrinath (35 km.)
Early morning Yoga class. After breakfast, travel to Badrinath (35 kms.). Overnight stay at Badrinath. Badrinath, cradled in the twin mountain ranges of Nar and Narayan, along the left bank of river Alaknanda, Badrinath is the holiest of the Char dham shrines. With the splendid Neelkanth mountains as the backdrop, it is an important destination on the sacred itinerary of every devout Hindu. The temple of Shri Badrinathji, dates back to the vedic times. Situated at an altitude of 3133 mtrs.(10,276 ft), the present temple is believed to have been built by Adi Guru Shankracharya in the 8th century.

Day 08): Badrinath - Mana Village - Joshimath (35 km.)
Early morning Darshan/Arati (prayer) at Badrinath temple. After breakfast, travel to Mana (3 km), the last village on Indo-Tibetan border. Lunch on the way. Return to Joshimath by evening. Evening meditation/satsangha. Overnight stay at Himalayan Yoga Ashram at Joshimath.

Mana village is India's last tea shop in the region overlooking the narrow valley through which the river Ganga�s main tributary, the Alaknanda flows. The sparsely populated village in the upper reaches of the Himalayas is mainly inhabited by the Bhotias, a tribe of the Indo-Mongolian race, having a unique heritage and culture.

Day 09): Joshimath - Rishikesh (250 km)
Morning Yoga. After breakfast, travel to Rishikesh. Reach Rishikesh by evening and overnight stay in Rishikesh at the Yoga Ashram.

Day 10): Rishikesh - Haridwar - Delhi (by train). Reach Delhi and stay overnight.

Day 11): Drop to Delhi International airport.
