Auden's Col is name of a mountain pass ( named after Mr. J.B. Auden) which is located in central Garhwal region and trek route to Auden's Col is known as Auden's Col trek, Auden's col pass connects Himalayan mountain peak Jogin ( 21205 Ft) and Gangotri Third peak ( 21582 Ft), Height of Auden's Col pass is 17200 Ft above sea level.

Auden'col joints to galciers named as Khatling galcier at south and Jogin Bhamak glacier on the north, Gangotri third galcier is also located after some distance. Auden's Col pass is approachable by two treks , One from Gangotri and second from Kedarnath.

Mr. J.B. Auden was a famous British geologist, He explored this pass first time in year 1939, Auden's Col is less visited trek in comparison with Kalindi Khal & Khatling Glacier trek, This trek is perfect for adventure and challenge lovers as this trek is technically demanding trek.

The col is situated on the connecting ridge of Gangotri III (6577m) and Jogin I (6465 m) – we approach the col from Rudugaira glacier and descend through the ice falls and the crevassed Khatling glacier. We start our expedition by heading up the Bhagirathi river till the temple shrine at Gangotri. From here we move south towards the Gangotri range, moving up in altitude slowly, and with the required level of acclimatization. We ascend to the top of the Col and then abseil to the mighty Khatling glacier. We descend the Khatling glacier and exit along the Bhilangana river, which surges from the mout of the Khatling. This is one of the most scenic walks in the Himalaya, all the way till Reeh, where the road has moved up the valley.

Day 05: Start a Acclimatisation trek to Bhojwassa , overnight stay

Day 06: Bhojwassa to Gomukh and Tapovan trek, overnight stay

Day 07: Return to Gangotri via Bhojwasa, overnight stay at Gangotri.

Day 08: Start our main trek to Auden' Col from Gangotri to Nala Camp, overnight stay in tents

Day 09: Nala Camp to Rudugaira Base Camp , overnight stay in tents

Day 10: Rudugaira Base Camp - day free for rest, Overnight stay in tents

Day 11: Trek from Rudugaira Base Camp to Col Base Camp, night stay in tents

Day 12: trek from Col Base Camp to Khatling Glacier, overnight stay in tents

Day 13: trek from Glacier Camp to Waterfall Camp, night stay in tents

Day 14: Trek from Waterfall Camp to Chowki, Overnight stay in tents.
